Island Style Innovations is a locally owned & operated, full-service Destination Management Company (DMC) based in Hawaiʻi. Founded in 2014, we operate on the five major Hawaiian Islands and our years of experience and many trusted relationships gives us the unique ability to deliver the highest quality product and service for the best value.
Our group demographics include incentive programs for Insurance, Financial, Pharmaceutical, Technology, and various corporate direct clients.
What sets us apart is our creative style, personality, knowledge, experience, and work ethic. We believe trust is earned and we are not allergic to listening or to hard work! We are living Aloha; our ‘ohana dance hula, play the ‘ukulele, and attend Hawaiian school. This is our home and we respect and represent it with care and passion. We have a mission to operate in a way that brings joy and success to your program while protecting our islands.

Colleen Reyes
A Hawai‘i resident for over 32 years with 30+ years in the hospitality industry with a mix of hotel and DMC experience. Colleen is one of the two managing partners and leads all sales efforts. She has extensive island knowledge and a talent for uncovering what is important to both a company and a guest.
Tatiana (Tats) Von Oelhoffen
Born and raised in Hawai‘i with over 27 years in hospitality DMC services. Tatiana is one of the two managing partners and leads all operations. Tats brings extensive knowledge of the local culture and her Hawaiian descent to every aspect of her work. She has been instrumental in planning and operating the largest and most logistically challenging programs that have visited Hawai‘i.
Kawika Ayau
Born and raised in Hawai‘i with over 19 years in hospitality DMC services. Kawika, also of Hawaiian descent, is the “real deal”, he has been with the company since the beginning starting as a freelance Travel Director. He came on board full time in 2017 and is our lead Travel Director. Kawika has a tremendous gift for anticipating needs and has a work ethic and stamina like no other.
Linda Dolan
A Hawai‘i resident for over 21 years with over 26 years in hospitality DMC services. Linda has experience as a travel director, program manager, and in accounting. She oversees all accounting and billing efforts and assists administratively. Linda is a jack of all trades. It is her lifeboat you want to be in!
April Bowers
A Hawai‘i resident for over 10 years, April brings a creative edge to our team with her background in performing arts. She entered hospitality and the DMC industry after moving to Hawai‘i and has put her theatrical skills to use, drawing on her keen eye for detail and natural ability to develop content. April’s passion for traveling and the outdoors is a superb match for the work we do.
